Throughout my professional career, I have been part of great teams and I have surrounded myself with great professionals who have allowed me to achieve great results. The key factor in these results has always been the same: the great human treatment that I have offered our teams, providing them with a balance between their personal and work life.

I have decided to lead my own project, along with my wife, Noemí Ondó Mesa, Co-founder & Partner, and once again, we will surround ourselves with the best professionals, to ensure our clients have the best service on the market.
BIO
I was born in Los Angeles, California (USA) 44 years ago, I grew up in Malabo (Equatorial Guinea) until I was 12 years old and I spent my adolescence and maturity studying and working in Madrid (Spain). For the last 5 years I have worked and lived in Bicester, Oxfordshire, (UK), traveling throughout Europe as a District Manager. As you can see, I am a citizen of the world .

After leaving football at the age of 23, failing to overcome two apparently simple knee operations, and after making bad decisions at key moments in a footballer's career, I continued my University studies in Pharmacy. Despite studying this career, I have dedicated myself to Retail Management for the last 22 years, 13 of them as Retail Director of multinationals such as Ralph Lauren and Brooks Brothers.

I have decided to return to football - to sport in general - I am really passionate about, to make all my experience in Management available to athletes, and try to help young people (and not so young), not to make the same mistakes that, due to inexperience and lack of advice, I made in their day.
Our priority is above all to give visibility, advise and guide the young talents that the big Agencies and some Clubs forget about, because I believe that without our presence it would be very difficult for them to achieve their dreams.

Teamwork has always been the key to my professional success, and at MO STM we will continue to do so, with the main objective of helping you achieve your dreams. Without hidden messages, listening to you, without "selling you the bike", facing and telling you the reality, and taking the appropriate steps to achieve your goals. No shortcuts but firm, step by step.
